Margaret River, 14.0%, cork, $24, 91 pts, Drink now-2009.Blackcurrant, dark plum and pepper on the nose, with a slightly heady spirit aspect. The palate reveals ripe black plums, red liquorice and very subtle tannins on the finish. Drinking at its peak now I would say, and drinking very well indeed.
